Upon signing up for our service, a designated cleaning day will be set. Happy Cans will arrive curbside to clean trash bins on that designated afternoon. We will clean empty bins only and save full bins until the next cleaning 4 weeks later. For the safety of our staff, we will not be reaching in trash cans and removing trash in order to clean. If the trash hauler has not picked up trash by the designated day’s afternoon, we are not responsible to come back to that location until the following cleaning time.

Upon arrival on every first cleaning, the Customer will specify which bins they would like cleaned. Those can(s) will be stickered. We will clean those stickered can(s) every 4 weeks. The Customer will make sure bins are directly in front of residence, placed next to curb, on day of cleaning. The Customer will let us know, prior to renewal time, if they would like to discontinue service.
